Shipping policy
Shipping may be delayed due to Covid-19, high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of my control.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and Preorders) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Preorders can take 7-21 days to be delivered. Timing varies per country and location.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs is based on package weight.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $30.00 within 5 to 10 miles away from store location. For orders under $30 or 15-20 miles away from store, we charge $10 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made every day based on scheduled appointment time. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the time of our arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with local delivery in Orangeburg. After placing your order and selecting local delivery at checkout, your order will be prepared and dropped off at scheduled appointment time. We will send you an email or text when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our local delivery hours are based on appointment due to Covid-19 Monday through Sunday. Please schedule an appointment at: https://squareup.com/appointments/book/L6WT8NJBMZVMS and have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dynasty Apparel Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email unless a PREORDER, please contact us at dynastyapparelshop@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns accepted up to 45 days after delivery in original condition with tags and picture approval return policy page if you have one.
We accept returns up to 45 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at dynastyapparelshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
